Requesting a Copy of your Results

Patient Results Request

We will be closed from 21/12/24 - 1/1/25. Your request will not be processed until we return to work on the 2/1/25 - please allow 5-7 business days from 2/1/25 for us to process your request. If this time frame does not work for you, please call the clinic on 2/1/25 to discuss or please book an appointment.


If you would like to request an emailed copy of test results, please complete the following form.


All requests are processed by our nursing team.

Please note: Our nurses have appointments booked throughout the day and do not have the capacity to send results urgently. For urgent results request, please contact the pathology / radiology provider directly.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT

Our clinic is easily accessible via public transport. Tram route 86 in front of the clinic (stops 22 and 23) extends to Docklands, Reservoir, Kingsbury and Bundoora (Latrobe University and RMIT campus). Bus route 546 (Grant St stop opposite the clinic) extends to Parkville, Ivanhoe and Heidelberg. The Clifton Hill train station servicing the Hurstbridge and Mernda lines, is located 900m away from the clinic.
